Accessing Club Foundation Records:
Club Foundation Records - Individual Rotarians:
· Go To the RI Website http://www.rotary.org · Click on "Member Access" from the upper menu bar. · Enter the User Name and the Password you created during registration to enter "Member Access” · Click “Continue” · Click “View Your Contribution History” from the left vertical menu bar · Your individual “Contribution History” will be displayed · Print the page if desired. · Click [Contribute] if you wish to make a contribution to the Rotary Foundation using a Visa or Master Card, otherwise… · Click [Return to the Rotary Business Portal] at the bottom of the page. · When done, be sure to click “Logout” to end this session
Club Foundation Records - Club President or Secretary only:
· Go To the RI Website http://www.rotary.org · Click on "Member Access" from the upper menu bar. · Enter the User Name and the Password you created during registration to enter "Member Access” · Click “Continue” · Click “View Club Recognition Summary” from the left vertical menu bar. · A separate screen will appear and will contain the words “Your report has been generated. Click here to view report” · Click on the message to review the reports. · This may take a few minutes, depending on your club size and connect speed. · The report is in Adobe Acrobat format and the file is a .pdf file. · Adobe Acrobat Reader should automatically open and display the report. · Suggest going to full screen to more easily review the report. · You can “Save A Copy” and / or “Print” the report if desired by using the appropriate horizontal menu selection buttons that should appear at the top of the screen. · When done you can close the file by using the “X” at the upper right in the open window. · When done, be sure to click “Logout” to end this session
Updating Club Data - Club President or Secretary only:
· Go To the RI Website http://www.rotary.org · Click on "Member Access" from the upper menu bar. · Enter the User Name and the Password you created during registration to enter "Member Access” · Click “Continue” · Click “Update Club Data” from the left vertical menu bar. · Edit the appropriate fields regarding the club meeting place, meeting time, officers, dates, etc. · You can “Save A Copy” and / or “Print” the report if desired by using the appropriate horizontal menu selection buttons that should appear at the top of the screen. · When done you can close the file by using the “X” at the upper right in the open window. · Click [Submit Changes] when done. · Process Completed – no additional paperwork is required be sent to RI, however please provide the same changes to the District Secretary so that the District Records, The District Directory, and the District Website can also be changed as needed. When done, be sure to click “Logout” to end this session
