Accessing the RI Member Portal:

RI Website – Individual Member Access:

·        Click on "Member Access" from the upper menu bar.

·        If you have not registered before, click "Register Now"

·        Once you have registered you will require the User Name and the Password you created to enter "Member Access" on http://www.rotary.org

·        Each individual Rotarian can access and edit their own used record.

·        Strongly suggest that you check the [Frequently Asked Questions] on the Member Access Page just to be aware of what is covered.

RI Website - President and Secretary Member Access / Contact Information:

·        The information in the RI Official Directory is sent to RI in February so that the Directory for the following year can be printed and distributed in July of each year.

·        Some of the Club USPS mail that is sent by RI is sent to the mailing address provided by the Club Secretary.

·        The Club President and Secretary will have access to club information on the RI Website that other Rotarians will not be able to access.

·        The individuals in the RI records as Club President and Secretary are enabled to access, view, edit, and print membership and club records.

·        This is done through the RI Website http://www.rotary.org

·        Click on "Member Access" from the upper menu bar.

·        If you have not registered before, click "Register Now"

·        Once you have registered you will require the user name and the password you created to enter "Member Access" on http://www.rotary.org

·        If the name of either the President or Secretary has changed, RI needs to be informed of that change either by using the menus on the RI Website or as follows:

·         Include District 7630

·         Include Club # (This can be found in the printed District Directory or in the on-line District Directory at http://www.rotary7630.org

·         Include Rotarian ID#   (Each Rotarians ID# can be found in Rotary Foundation Reports, or above their name on their copy of the Rotarian Magazine)
