I
know that Rotary often invites non-profit organizations to speak at
their meetings and I was wondering if any of your clubs would be
interested in having the Food Bank speak at any of their meetings. We
are Delaware's only Food Bank and we distribute over 10 million pounds
of donated and rescued food yearly to over 70,000 people throughout
Delaware - half of which are children. We would love to be able to
speak to Rotarians about the issues and challenges that face Delaware
in relation to hunger and poverty.
