Maryland International Auto License Plates

Instructions

Eligibility Maryland RI auto license tags are available to all Rotarians.
Vehicles eligible include:

Class "A" (passenger cars)
Class "E" (pick-ups)
Class "M" (multi-purpose)

Application The application process occurs in two stages.  First, the applicant must complete the form and return it to John Culver.  Second, you will receive from John Culver an acknowledgement from which you should complete and submit with a check to the Motor Vehicle Administration.
 
Options

 

Fees are one-time processing fees.  Renewals are handled via mail with the MVA without further need for Rotary certification.
A - The Rotarian has a current, non-logo Rotary tag and desires to convert it to the new Rotary Logo plate.
     MVA fee - $25

B - The Rotarian has a standard tag and desires to convert it to a new Rotary Logo plate.
     MVA fee - $25

C - The Rotarian is purchasing a vehicle (either from a dealer or in a private sale) and desires a new Rotary Logo plate.
     MVA fee - $25 plus standard registration fee for  the vehicle.   
Note: It is strongly recommended that the certification process be completed prior to purchase.

D - The Rotarian currently has a Rotary plate (either old or new) and wants to modify title.
     No fees , but contact John Culver for instructions

bulletYour Rotary membership will be certified, and an MVA form VR-124 will be mailed back to you with further instructions. You will be asked to complete the VR-124 and mail it with a check payable to the MVA.  You will also be given instructions as to the return of your existing tags to the MVA.
