Errors and Omissions Liability

This policy covers the following:
  1. Each District 7630 Rotary Club
  2. Each Board of Directors
  3. Each Committee
  4. Each Club Board of Directors
  5. Each Rotaract Club, Board Members and Committees
  6. Each Interact Club, Board Members and Committees
  7. Each Youthact Club, Board Members and Committees
  8. Any other Rotary related club or organization that is pat of that particular club
  9. All District 7630 Rotarians on district staff or district committees
  10. Each District Foundation
     
Coverage Limits
$1,000,000 per claim/$1,000,000 Aggregate
Deductible - NONE
 

Employment Practice Liability

This coverage is offered to all members of Rotary (Covers all employees and all District 7630 Rotarians as volunteers).  This endorsement has its own $1,000,000 limit with a $2,500 per claim deductible.  This covers on a "Rotarian to Rotarian" basis and affords the same coverages available on any employment practices policy purchased for the workplace. (Covers sexual harassment, racial and/or gender discrimination, handicapped discrimination, etc.)
 
Coverage Limits $1,000,000 per claim/$1,000,000 Aggregate
Deductible - $2,500 per claim
